Our Workplace Giving program is international best practice and delivers a range of benefits to the community, your company and your staff.

The community benefits because:

  • our community partners receive a regular and predictable source of funding which reduces reliance on costly, one-off fundraising campaigns and makes it easier to plan activities, goals and budgets
  • we distribute 100% of each donation so they can focus on what they do best, delivering services to their community
  • they can raise awareness of their work and engage donors through our Corporate Connect volunteering and Seeing is Believing programs

  • it's simple - each donation comes from pre tax salary so they receive an immediate tax benefit with no admin, claiming back or writing cheques
  • 100% of their donation is distributed in their local community
  • the impact of their donation can be significantly increased if your company matches donations $ for $. Let's assume Don donates $5 per week which will double to $10 with matching. The great news is that Don's take home pay will only reduce by $3.50 ($5 less his tax deduction of $1.50 based on a 30% marginal tax rate) while $10 reaches the community
